I write the stories I want to read-mysteries with heart, history with purpose, and characters who stay with you long after the last page.
I was born in West Virginia when my dad was stationed in Tooley, Greenland. I write about non-concurrent assignments in my memoir: Memoirs of an Air Force Brat. My dad served in the Air Force for 26 years, before retiring and then serving as a Fire Chief as a civil servant. I am immensely proud of my father, his brother, Bobby, who served in the Army, and my mothers brother Richard who was a prisoner of war in Korea, My brothers all served as well. This explains my heartfelt connection with and respect for, our military.
These days, you’ll find me at my desk, surrounded by books, notes, and a sweet cup of coffee, turning ideas into stories that entertain, challenge, and sometimes make you think a little longer.

I write mysteries, thrillers, historical fiction, nonfiction, humor, and poetry, Christian and country music, each rooted in compelling characters, justice, and the consequences of the choices we make. Whether the setting is a small New England town, a modern city, or a hospital corridor, my goal is always to tell stories that entertain while offering hope. Beyond writing, I also compose gospel and country music, using lyrics to express my faith, life’s journey, and the moments that have shaped my heart.
My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of my life and the greatest influence on the stories I tell. I’m inspired by the people I’ve met, the places I’ve lived, and the lessons life continues to teach me. Every experience shapes my characters and the choices they face. Whether I’m writing a contemporary thriller, a historical mystery, or a medical suspense novel, my goal is simple: to entertain readers with compelling stories where integrity, courage, compassion, and hope still matter.
My faith is central to who I am. I am a devout, unapologetic Christian, and that conviction shapes both my life and my writing.
